Electric Handpieces

There are two basic types of handpieces (drills), electric and air-driven. We use electric handpieces because they are stronger and more effective than air-driven. With electric handpieces, the bur is driven dirctly by a motor as opposed to air. This allows Dr. Gamba to remove the decay more efficiently and at a faster pace, cutting down on your treatment time and increasing your comfort.
